TeeKhuy Store and most sellers on TeeKhuy Store offer returns and exchanges for items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you need to return an item, please contact us here to submit your request.

2. Return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:

a. The goods received are wrong/damaged/faulty

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong/damaged/faulty items. Includes these cases:

The product doesn’t match the description on the website: wrong items, wrong material, wrong size.

The product received is torn, dirty, wet, or has hairy fabric.

The product received has visible defects with the print, blurred, or out of place.

Products are damaged or have peeled prints after the first wash.

b. Wrong size items

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong size product. Specifically, products with measurements differing over 1.5 inches from the size guide.

c. The goods received are non-fitting items

Only t-shirts and tank tops are eligible for returns and exchanges in this case.

d. The package is wrong/damaged/faulty due to the shipping process

If items are damaged during shipping, please check the package carefully upon receipt. Contact TeeKhuy Store within 30 days of delivery for support.

For orders with multiple items, please provide photos or videos of all products placed side by side on a flat surface.

After verification, you will receive a refund or replacement within 7 business days. You do not need to resend the package.

Products returned without verification are not eligible for support. Replacement items must be of equal or higher value.
